GRANDMA’S HOME REMEDIES!!!!
READ ALL RULES CAREFULLY – THIS CHALLENGE IS A LITTLE HARDER
You may do anything you want with any graphic, use any program, shadow, bevel, rotate, crop, shape, or mutilate, anything goes EXCEPT……..
FOLLOW THE RULES!!
ONE PHOTO ONLY
PAGE CAN NOT BE PREVIOUSLY POSTED
ONE PAGE ONLY MAY BE PLACED IN THE CHALLENGE
This Challenge is a 2 part Challenge so read carefully.
YOUR PAGE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
1 - ONE BACKGROUND PAGE
2 - ONE PHOTO OF YOUR GRANDMOTHER OR MOTHER OR THE PERSON WHOSE OLD REMEDY IT WAS. (This could have been a Grandfather or Aunt or Uncle, whoever used the home remedy is whose photo you need to use). CAN THE HOME REMEDY BE A STORE BOUGHT ONE? YES, by all means, as long as it was something that was a tradition.
3. – YOU MAY USE ONLY 7 other items from the LIST. SEE ALLOWED ITEMS LIST FOR ITEMS that may be used.
4. - You CAN have up to 3 CLUES about your home remedy, don’t tell it but give clues as to what it might have been or what it cured or what might have been in it. TEXT
CLUES ONLY.
5. - A Short Journal, of the time this home remedy was used or given to you, without giving it away. So to make this a little harder you can leave underlined blanks in your journal area. Example: The day grandma gave me this I hated it but it did make me stop ___________.
So your PAGE HAS THESE ITEMS
1 - A Background
2 – ONE PHOTO
3 - UP TO 3 CLUES about your Home Remedy. THESE CLUES MUST BE A TEXT DESCRIPTION ONLY!!!!!!!!!! TEXT, POEM, SONG, or RIDDLE
4 - A SHORT JOURNAL OF THE TIME THE HOME REMEDY WAS GIVEN OR USED ON YOU. WITHOUT GIVING IT AWAY.
5 - 7 other embellishments from the LIST ONLY
ANY PAGE NOT HAVING THE RIGHT ITEMS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. DON”T HAVE MORE , but you CAN have LESS. This depends on how hard you want it to be for the second part of the challenge.
Anyone can sign up for the challenge, but everyone that posts a page will get a free surprise kit designed by 2MrsSumners!!! If you don’t post a page, you don’t get a reward! After you post your page send 2MrsSumners your email to receive your free kit, if you don’t send your email you will not receive your kit.
There is a SECOND PART TO THIS CHALLENGE _
After the Challenge Starts there will be a WHAT HOME REMEDY WAS IT posted in the Discussion area.
Go in and let us know what home remedy you thought was used, there are a lot of old home remedies so I am very sure many will be stumped here. Different locations through
Out the world has used Old Home Remedies, some were brought from the old country, some were handed down from native ancestors, so this will be a big learning experience for all and loads of fun.

Well, I thought of one right away. It was off all stuff. I really enjoyed doing these challenges. I loved all the pages and ideas I got from them. Also applaud everyone on their designs. What a great bunch of people to know.
