I know PSPX had the kaleidescope option. I've got an earlier version here somewhere - could be 9 - and I thought that had it as well - built in. I have downloaded the mehdi one for PSE5 - gives a slightly different result - and Paint.net also has a Kaleidescope - which gives yet another different look.
I wish I knew how people like Pascale cut theirs out so neatly! I can never get them that tidy - even when I'm doing a colour replace on all the bits I don't need
