There are so many outstanding scraps, it is hard to make a Challenge Owner's Choice. Originality of the concept; composition and how well balanced the scrap is; harmony of all elements in terms of type, texture and colors; and how much justice is given to the artist's work - these are some of the things I considered in identifying my favorites. I've identified SEVEN (7) and I do believe they are absolutely beautiful and perfect scraps.
