Okay I need to know if i can have 3 seperate tags with 3 seperate graphics or can i make my tag have all 3 in one?

ok if you do a tag that has a graphic that will only count as 1 embellishment cause you can download tags that have embellishments as a part of the tag.

I have a tag then i pasted a clipart on it...can i use 3 tags with different clipart on it?

yes, reason for this is:
You can download tags with clipart on them, therefore, in the rules we allow you to make your own tag with clipart added and only count this as one embellishment so if you have 3 tags that you have created with clipart, then this would only count as 3 embellishments
