In choosing my top favorites, I considered the value of the tip, the clarity
of the journaling and the overall composition and beauty of the scrap.
(1) Nicole in a Fix by MAGGIEM - a beautifully done page wonderfully
demonstrating a great tip. It could be so time-consuming to clean up a photo
but this scrap shows how it's well worth the result.
(2) Make pics main attraction by FANCEE FAIR - a valuable tip since we get excited at times with the beauty of the kit we're using and we unwittingly bury our main photo in embellishments and our page lacks visual focus.
(3) Scrapping Tips by DEBDENEWBIE - featuring a common mistake that we often make about stretching a photo to make it fit a page and distorting it in the process. This page beautifully demonstrates the ill results of doing this.
(4) Dollhouse Pages by SNUG - an expert in making those time-consuming dollhouse scraps, Snug shares step-by-step procedures in one of the most beautiful "how to" scraps i've ever seen.
(5) Less is Best. Busy makes you dizzy by DESIGNS BY SUETTA - another
tip scrapped so beautifully. The side by side difference makes one really see
how some pages could be made better if it had less elements.
(6) Extraction by CATYTCHR - a fantastic tip that enables us to make more dramatic pages; the page itself is a beautiful, dramatic scrap and the journaling is great - another excellent "how to" scrap.
(7) Scrapbooktip by petrap - an excellent tip on the use of colors that makes for such visually arresting pages - the page itself, especially with the color wheel so cleverly incorporated demonstrates this.
