I too am having trouble downloading the file. I tried at home where I have dial-up, but it was going to take way too long. Now I'm at work with DSL & it will not let me download. Did you find anything out?

I'm so sorry if you have problems with download. I think you don't do anything wrong, if you usually succeed to download other things from 4shared links. I think the problem can be the big size of the files, as it contains so many and so big elements (all the backgrounds are 12*12). I am sure that dial-up will not enough for that.
There is no time to resize all the elements but if you choose beetween them and write me here (for example: third gold background, red border, christmas tree, red oval frame, doodle star etc..) I tried and it is 11:17p.m.(central standard time here) and it still won't allow me to DL the kit. I would love to participate in the challenge if this kit could be re-uploaded somehow possibly somewhere else if needed. Thanks!
