I only won 1 challenge up to now and I have pages under 100... can I still participate as long as my low points page never won a challenge? or is that the second you won a challenge period... you cannot enter?

Since the page is under 100 I suppose it wouldn't have won a challenge before so I probably shouldn't have put that in the rules.
