Lisa it is a hard thing to do.....but if your requirements were followed you wouldnt have to delete them....lets hope you wont have to do anymore.

I'm sure they understand! as I forget sometime or don't read carefully and I have had it done to me and I knew it was MY fault!! So chin up it's fine! We all have to follow rules in life and know it!! Annita
