I made this one a participation only one.. because I want it to be judged fairly... the outside ones as you put it seem to have certain people who monopolize the voting on challenges... and i dont mean that cruely but it does happen... so this way it is fairer to the newbies mention in the other comment :) to get a fair chance at winning a trophy for their entry :)
