sorry about running a little late!! Here are the requirements for Step 4

*add a single alphabet letter to your scrap, it needs to be large and prominent

*repeat 3 different single elements that you have already used, but they need to be in a different area of your scrap, any pre-made clusters that might have been used can not be re-used unless they are composed of 3 elements or less

*add a word tag anywhere on your scrap (a word tag is a small strip of paper that usually has no more than 3 or 4 words on it - see my "Bewitched by Halloween" and "Gobble, Gobble" kits that are here on SBF for examples)

regarding a word tag…this is not word art or a quote typed somewhere on your scrap, it is a small piece of paper with very few words on it
