There has been some discussion regarding whether or not RAK photos should be considered personal photos. I have decided that for some of my challenges where I require personal photos I will okay RAK photos and photos taken by family and friends. For other challenges where the requirement is personal photos, I will limit it to absolutely only photos taken personally. I hope this will appease both sides of the debate.

sorry, didn't see this question until just now. An RAK photo is a photo provided by Creative Team members for other members to use in creating scraps for the designer. Technically, RAK photos aren't personal photos, but there are some SBF members who are on Creative Teams and like to use them, so from time to time I will allow them, but only when I specifically state they are okay.
