I'm not sure there is much of a difference, maybe the color palette, Victorian decor used lots of burgundy and gold but I think it is pretty interpretive

Hi, sorry, I only saw this now. Vintage is old. A vintage car is normally one that is over 25 years old. While Victorian relates to the era of Queen Victoria's reign which is, I think, 1837 to 1901.
