What do you mean by a border?

Since it's going to have to remain the same and can't be changed? Is it a border around the page? Just a bit confused since we're doing a cluster, stacked pages, adding a photo, where the border would fit in.

The border I had in mind is a cluster style border which you often see with kit bundles. I have now added an icon which I will post on in my gallery to show you what I mean. But this is open to interpretation so as long as it works in your final scrap then you can create any style border.
