Changing your Icon

I tried to do this it said it was done, it shows on my homepage, but when I comment it still shows the old one.
so I resized it to 125 instead of 300 dpi but it is still the old one? help

Ive just done mine no probs ,I uploaded from my documents to change my icon.Then uploaded again to put in the challenge,dont know if this will work but it did foe me xx

Well, I change my icon too and not showing up but if this is like when changing music on your homepage.....it takes time to catch up for some reason...not instant. On my home page, I do see new icon but when commenting/voting see my old one. Going to give it time and maybe all of ours will update to new version. My best guess....LOL
