Just after I posted the 4th step I checked my personal messages and PoetryNMotion had sent a message that she was having trouble uploading her 3rd step and was going to her office to try there. Since her message was before my posting of the 4th step, I will allow her to continue eligibility.
Also many of you might notice that Ferro has her 2nd and 3rd step posted together. I remember her layout for the 2nd step and as her repost is the same I am also allowing Ferro to remain eligible for awards.
