Please clarify: Top one says--not to use any kits--bottom one say different... Very UNCLEAR in defination & contradicts.. Confusing..
I would like to start now on this challenge--
Maybe you mean we have to make our own clusters; frames--not taken from a kit.. Is that what you mean????? Thank you

when I was thinking up the rules for this challenge I was thinking of my software program that came with a lot of elements that are not associated with any kit. ... I am aware that not everyone uses the same program so if you do not have anything like that you may use elements from kits but I ask that you try and keep it limited to buttons, ribbons , bows and flowers hope this helps .
