Can I submit a page stating "How I Did It?

I'm wondering if I can submit a page that I created explaining "how I did it" rather than wanting to know "how do you do it?". I'll go ahead and post mine and if it's not what you wanted feel free to remove it.

You are welcome to explain how you did it. The aim of the challenge is to discuss the HOW? It is accepted to create a page asking HOW one does it or as in your case tell us HOW you did it..
