Having trouble loading scrapbook?

Is any body else having trouble loading there scrapbook to the Challenge The Load page button on mind is whited out and wont let me upload it from my scrapbook page can anybody help me? Is it because I have already entered the Challenge once even tho it says you can enter 3 pages.?
