I always save my pages twice - once as png so I can access layers if I want to change anything and once as jpg and this is the one I always upload to Flair - never have any problems.

Margie, I finally did like Nana Twice told me to do. I just put any BG in to make the ziggy on. Then I make that BG transparent. Then I make my Zifggy , then I just save it as jpeg, and when I upload for the challenge it shows up white. Try making one and make you BG transparent before making your ziggy. I was using my Digital Image software to do this. It had an option to make the page transparent. Hope it works. Charlotte
