When you upload the siggy to the website it automatically adds a white background. Mine did not have a background at all until I uploaded it... What should we do?

Sandra, I made my ziggy on a white BG, then I deleted the BG, and save the ziggy as PNG and all you se is your ziggy. no white BG. That worked for me.

Thanks. I did do that, but site will not let me download a png, only a jpg. I save everything as a png usually.

I did like Nan Twice. On a transparent BG and then save as a jpg - no problems. Just place your elements on the transparent work space don't try to add any background of any colour. It will appear white in SBF but white is no BG really.
