Perhaps this will help. Go to the link below and hover your cursor over the closest city to you on the map and it will give you the current time. then hover over the dot in the -6 grid area in the the US (the middle dot is Kansas City but is in the Central time zone like Oklahoma)

BTW, step 3 will be at 12:00 noon central time...we haven't set our clocks back yet..as of the time of this posting it is 9:53 so just a couple more hours before I post step 3
