I definitely do NOT want to exclude anyone from joining this challenge, so should someone join who doesn't have scraps posted in August 2011, you can go back to July 2011, or June 2011 or so forth until they have scraps posted. If it is a new person that joined in September then you can choose from their scraps posted in September 2011
