I very much agree as well!! If the challenge says NO BOWS NO FLOWERS, then that is exactly what the challenge is about.
There shoul NOT be pages in here with BOWS or FLOWERS, and it is the Challenge Owners responsibility for taking those pages out of the challenge and explain to the person that it had to be scrapped WITHOUT ANY bows or flowers.

I appreciate that you took your page out, but I have to disagree; it is the responsibility of the challenge owner to monitor the pages and remove those that don't adhere to the rules. This site needs to be consistant if it's going to be operated fairly.
