I can't use the embellishments

I am trying to use the embellishments on my true blue page and they won't work correctly. I am using scrapbook flair and it keeps saying something about loading it's transparent info and then the embellishments shows up weird. PLEASE HELP!

If you have Adobe Photoshop Elements, they will open in there with a transparent background.
