Scrappin Gramma

Hi Everyone,
My given name is Joy and I am a mother of 3 boys; Chuck (33), Chad (29), and Chris (24). I have 6 grandchildren now; Jacob 11, Allie 8, Ashley almost 5, and Kieran 4. We just had 2 more added through the marriage of our oldest son; Devin 11, and Alexis 7..I also have 2 daughter in laws; Aimee and Jen. And Lindsay who is my youngest's girlfriend.
I have been very happily married now to Chuck for 35 years, and I just celebrated my 53nd birthday. I'm not one who is ashamed of my age.
I have several "extended" members of my family from taking in many different teenagers that were either friends of my boys, family or from school. We even have one from Germany; Daniel Charwath, he was our exchange student a few years ago, and became a part of my extended family as well.
I love to do things with my hands...scrapbooking, oil painting, china painting, cooking, photography and working in my yard. I'm an outdoorsy person as we live on 24 acres in the country. We have lots of deer, raccoons, etc running through our yard...just never seem to have a camera when they do.
My Savior, and my family are most important in my life. I work at a MS/HS School as an Attendance/Discipline Clerk and love it. This is my 18th year here. I have many kids that either call me "mom" or "gramma". I also love to talk...does it show?
I really love this site and have enjoyed making many new friends on line. I never seem to have the time to comment on all the new pages as there are so many now, but I try. And I would like to tell all of you who have voted for and commented on all my pages how grateful I am that you took the time to do so. It really does mean a lot to me. God Bless, Joy
