I am the mother of a 3 1/2 year old boy, Donovan. I am a working mother. My husband and I love Donovan very much. Donovan has some special medical needs. He has a tracheostomy and some autistic traits as well. He is an otherwise healthy, normal boy most of the time. He has no idea he is different from anyone else.
