Mini tutorial on Fading-Spring is Here Challenge

I used the kit provided for the Spring is Here challenge at Scrapbookflair. I used the green vellum, green ribbon and the yelllow and green background paper. Some have asked how I did the tuplip up in the right hand corner of the page. I use Photoshop Elements 5.0. First I took photo and cropped and adjusted it to the size that I wanted. Then I used the cookie cutter tool and chose an irregular broder around the edges then I kept the layer active and adjusted the opacity to 30% in the right side of the page when the layer is active. Hope this helps someone.
