My number one rule is and will always be The image is the most important part of the page. As a photographer and artist I learned alot about composition of a piece of art. How the image itself is composed and furthermore how the scrapp page is composed. Image composition is not always percieved the same by everyone. But as long as you love the image, that is what is important. An image you love should not be over shadowed by page elements and embelishments. I see so many page examples on this website that are beautiful and well thought out. But many I see, my eye does not see the image first. I see all the embelishments first then my eye makes its way tho the photographed image. It is my opinion that the photograph should be the first thing to draw the eye. Every photo you choose to put on a page deserves to shine above all the page elements.
