I've got a Nikon D40x and NEVER leave home without it! If the budget hadn't been so puny, it would have been the D80 but there is hardly any difference really in them after I did an online comparison on Nikons website!

| Well, I have a sony from 6 years ago and love it still. It is the cybershot with only 4.1 megapixles but I know they make them with more now. I am able to put a flash on it. I like the rechargeable battery too. I am sure you have made your decision by now and would love to know what you got! I want a new one soon. I guess I'll have to break or lose the one I have in order to get a new one LOL |

| Cannon are the most durable and have awesome lenses and great storage! I have a Canon Powershot G6. It'a amazing! I even use it for photographing weddings! |
