I found the kit on the Digi Free it was freebie 6 and 7 on some nice persons blog. Thank you to whoever made this. If I find out I will come back and add it. Edits done in PSE-7 where I merged two photos together, one with effects one without. Created in Scrapbook Factory Delux V4.0
