Icon for new challenge. My great grandchildren and their parents. I am doing a few of these for the children to colour in - they are quite excited about it.
If you have PSE use the following. Duplicate photo - desaturate(Enhance-Adjust colour -Remove colour) - invert (Filter-Adjustments-invert) - Blend mode (colour dodge) - Filter (Other - Minimum) That should give you the sketch. Play with it to get required stroke outline.

Don't know whether I will be able to do it since I am not a mother or grandmother let alone having children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren but perhaps I might come across one of my old maternal photos that will envelop what you are looking for. Great information for getting a sketch done!
