This was the first time Caeden met his baby sister, Amirah. She was about 2 hours old and hadn't even had her bath yet. He was enthralled and had this star struck gaze on his little face. We thought she would need to go straight into ICU and had prepared him that he would most likely not get to see her for a few weeks while she grew a little bigger and stronger so he couldn't believe it when his grand dad brought him to the hospital and he could actually hold her.

It's almost like he is holding something that might be breakable but she is still holding her own and getting stronger every day.
