Since the contest started on 10/31/2006, we have so many scrapbooks posted into this contest. I am so glad have so many people join the contest and do appreciate your participation.
In last ten days, I have received some concerns regarding historic voting scores. Some scrapbooks already have high historical voting scores when they are posted into the contest, which will eliminate the opportunity for new scrapbooks to be the winner. So I like to change the rule to announce two winners: one winner with the highest score during the period of the contest (10/31/2006 – 11/18/2006) and one winner with the highest historic score. So please act now. You still have the chance to win!!!
