All my photos are jpeg, however some of them are very large. I have purchased an external hard drive but that still to try and free up space but still no luck. It is only on my newer photos. any way to compress them? should I just start over with those pages?

I also use an external hard drive and I keep everything on it. Everyone of my photos from my camera are very large so I just go into adobe and sie them to 8" X 10" and when I make it a jpeg I slide the bar to medium quality. This works for me. I take everything off my computer and place it on my hard drive. I hope this helps.

You can also buy a small thumb or flash drive usually about 2 to 4 gb of space if you wish to save your whole digital scrap pages. I too have an external drive, which is very handy.

About once each year I go thru my pix and folders and scraps and delete duplicates, add to a zip file, and archive it both online and on a backup disc. It takes a weekend, but my peace of mind and extra space are worth it!
