Yes you can. Just save it to your computer and then on the scrapbook page click on the "Add Image" button. It will put a white box on your page that says "Click to add image", click on that and you will be able to browse to where you have it saved and add it. Hope this helps.

on most links you will have the opp. to add your own also I have edited things from this site in paint.net also a free download
