I got a new computer (this worked fine on my old one) and now when I go to download an image, a screen will pop up that says *open with* and it automatically comes up *nero photosnap image viewer* and when i click okay it opens up in this photosnap program with the white in the background. It's not supposed to have the white in the background it's supposed to be translucent. So then I go to open it with something else but it won't let me. It doesn't even give me a save to option at all only an open with option. please help.
