text on psp layouts

Can anyone help? I'm probably doind something silly but sometimes when I put text onto a layout it's great and lovely and clear and other times its fuzzy! Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Are you doing the text as a vector? That is what works best for me : ) You can then resize it and still retain the clarity.

Another thing you might want to try is be sure only the primary color is available. By this I mean make the secondary color "transparent". The font may be too delicate to have both colors selected. I hope that makes sense, LOL.

Or possibly you might have the colour set as a texture - which might make it look fuzzy. If you do have both colours set - make sure you check the stroke width is appropriate. (Stroke colour and foreground is the top box, Background or fill is the bottom box - sorry if I'm teaching granny to suck eggs....)

Hi again. You don't say which version of PSP you are running. I am in college and using PSP 7 (back to the dark ages.... no comparison!) and noticed I was getting fuzzy text. The problem was that I had the stroke enabled for the text but not the fill. It looked awfull. The answer was to enable the fill and make it the same colour as the outline. I haven't had this problem in PSPX.
