Please look at what Steve (ScrapDaddy) posted approximately the same number of hours ago that you made your comment here. We spoke (the 4 of us SBF team members) last night (Thursday night in the United States) and we decided to have Steve Post a comment under the SPEED topic started by Joce again earlier this month.

It is they are where he describes WHO to e-mail to keep them abreast of each individual member and their experiences with the speed.

The other 2 members are the programmers and who are working hard to solve this matter again. But THEY will be the ones who will see your e-mail in the e-mail Steve posted about 14 hours ago under
Forums --> SBF Support Desk --> Speed.

This way they can try to target what's going on where around the world. Valerie is having a really tough time as well. Today (Friday) I tried logging and at 2 PM USA time and I am having to wait about 5 to 7 seconds to make a comment or after I have hit the comment {send} button.

I'm sorry... I meant for you to look under the SBF Support Desk and the topic Slow, slow, slow!!!! Since I wrote to you a couple minutes ago the site has been running a little slower. Having to wait more like 10 or 12 seconds so it is bouncing back-and-forth today (Friday). That is probably because the programmers are working on the site.
