Is everyone still having problems with the site being very slow? I could not even get into the challenges tonight to comment, vote, etc.Seems worse than ever. I'm very disgusted I almost wanna quit. Been like this for a while.:(

Joce I saw back in June where Zanthia had posted something about this issue and lots of responses of lots having problems. I know it's been going on forces while, but no idea that long. Really uncalled for. I pay to use the site to get some benefits, and I feel they could do something to get things to run faster .im gonna contact support again, see if I hear anything. Don't enjoy all the waiting it takes to do anything on here.

During last two weeks, we have been working with our ISP to stabilize the server and network. We have refresh the server on Monday 8/10/2016 @3:00am and today we received the confirmation from our ISP that they have refreshed some network routers. We should be seeing performance improvement. Meanwhile, we are watching the site closely. We would appreciate any feedback about the site.

I've come on here to say much the same as Charlotte. It was quite good for a few days but now it's getting slow again. Takes about 25seconds to move from one page to another which seems an eternity when you are pushed for time.

sorry to chuck cold water on everything but Im having a massive problem today not just getting into SBF which took forever to load but commenting on friends pages - its just taken me over 10 minutes to comment on 3 pages... forever for a page to open then ages again for the comment to post and that was after waiting about 5 minutes for the message center to open!!!! Ive now given up and will be back in a few days to see if there is any improvement...... also getting a messages saying XML data not available (Whatever that means ???????) ......

Sorry for the situation. We have been working with ISP with this slow response issue. It is very likely caused by the network and we have submitted the ticket to ISP and waiting for the response. The XML data message is related to the slow response. Thanks.

Just got update from ISP,they are going to refresh some network routers tonight and we can expect some kind of improvement (hopefully) tomorrow morning. If you work on the site tonight, you may or may not experience some difficulty.

We know we have issues with the ScrapbookFlair.com website. We have a speed problem and also an underlying technical problem but unfortunately haven't identified yet what it is or how to fix it. These problems started about 3 months ago after we changed our site architecture so we could offer a better experience to mobile and tablet users. While that changeover went well, it slowed the ScrapbookFlair.com significantly. We have been working on trying to identify and fix these problems EVERY DAY since you started reporting them. Please know that we read your messages and are frustrated ourselves that we can't fix the problems faster. We are consistently working on them, but the problem(s) have proven elusive.
