I have given up trying to upload pages, taken me ages to get onto the site to-day just to check the forums!

Joce I saw back in June where Zanthia had posted something about this issue and lots of responses of lots having problems. I know it's been going on forces while, but no idea that long. Really uncalled for. I pay to use the site to get some benefits, and I feel they could do something to get things to run faster .im gonna contact support again, see if I hear anything. Don't enjoy all the waiting it takes to do anything on here.

I agree so frustrating Charlotte. I find I don't come on so often now as it is way too slow

I have just sent yet another well and truly moaning contact to support. I told them to check the forum for all the problems people are having. Lets see if I get a reply !!!!!!!! xxxx

During last two weeks, we have been working with our ISP to stabilize the server and network. We have refresh the server on Monday 8/10/2016 @3:00am and today we received the confirmation from our ISP that they have refreshed some network routers. We should be seeing performance improvement. Meanwhile, we are watching the site closely. We would appreciate any feedback about the site.

Strange Monday was the 8th not the 10th. I do hope that they've got it right this time.

Hi Support. Thanks for that. Not getting error message now but still a bit slow moving from page to page. Have to say it has improved though.

Some better, but not real good yet Could improve more!

I've come on here to say much the same as Charlotte. It was quite good for a few days but now it's getting slow again. Takes about 25seconds to move from one page to another which seems an eternity when you are pushed for time.

sorry to chuck cold water on everything but Im having a massive problem today not just getting into SBF which took forever to load but commenting on friends pages - its just taken me over 10 minutes to comment on 3 pages... forever for a page to open then ages again for the comment to post and that was after waiting about 5 minutes for the message center to open!!!! Ive now given up and will be back in a few days to see if there is any improvement...... also getting a messages saying XML data not available (Whatever that means ???????) ......

Sorry for the situation. We have been working with ISP with this slow response issue. It is very likely caused by the network and we have submitted the ticket to ISP and waiting for the response. The XML data message is related to the slow response. Thanks.

Support. I have just commented in the General section of Forum and it has taken me nearly 2 minutes to get from there to here so things are far from right. Good luck and thanks for keeping us informed.

Just got update from ISP,they are going to refresh some network routers tonight and we can expect some kind of improvement (hopefully) tomorrow morning. If you work on the site tonight, you may or may not experience some difficulty.

I too have been having problems, just couldn't get on the site at all yesterday!

So very frustrated - Well it took me over an hour this am to vote on just "2" pages! Yesterday - I couldn't sign on at all!! Also referred a graphic designer/software developer - he was interested in maybe making connections with those who make their own kits. Emailed me this am - said he gave up/doesn't have the time to waste - site just too slow.
Whatever efforts you are making, please, please get your site's operational infrastructure fixed soon. Want to host a few challenges, ready to go, but wonder??

We ever saw the site was flying early this morning, and then slow down in 30 minutes. We have noticed ISP about this situation and we are waiting for the response.

Nice to know that you are now experiencing the waiting that we have had to put up with for weeks. I can't quite understand your first sentence??? Still very slow getting in to the site and getting to the Forum.

We have read your many comments in our Forums and Customer Support and we are very concerned by what you are reporting.

We know we have issues with the ScrapbookFlair.com website. We have a speed problem and also an underlying technical problem but unfortunately haven't identified yet what it is or how to fix it. These problems started about 3 months ago after we changed our site architecture so we could offer a better experience to mobile and tablet users. While that changeover went well, it slowed the ScrapbookFlair.com significantly. We have been working on trying to identify and fix these problems EVERY DAY since you started reporting them. Please know that we read your messages and are frustrated ourselves that we can't fix the problems faster. We are consistently working on them, but the problem(s) have proven elusive.

The best way for you to help us is to keep reporting your problems to Customer Support at support@scrapbookflair.com. If possible, give us the exact details and circumstances on how the problem presents itself (example: I am having difficulty uploading pages, I use the FireFox Browser, version ___, I am using ScrapbookFlair software to do the uploads like I always have, etc.).

Please know, we hear you and we care about our community and are determined to solve and fix these problems. We're trying our best - so please be patient with us as we work to find the solution. Thank you for that Rae Ann. It's good to know that we are being listened to (we didn't think that for a long time!) It must be frustrating for you all as well as us but hopefully the problem will be found and rectified. Sorry if we have come across as lacking patience and maybe grumpy but we were getting very frustrated - just knowing that you are all trying makes us feel better. Just to let you know - I have just gone through my pages in my gallery and the pages changed at lightning speed hurrah I thought. But then slowed right down getting into Forum. I use Firefox by the way. Joce

As per my message on another thread -Thank you Rae Ann for your update, most appreciated, & thanks to your support team as well as they continue to work on the issues. Have had so many problems since approx April & it's great to know you are aware & working towards keeping this still being the coolest spot around :-)
PS: Joce - we are not grumpy?? - just something got into our cornflakes LOL & a challenge I have waiting in the bay!

I have just spent the last 2.5 hours on SBF - I have commented on everyone's pages, Made a page and uploaded to my home page, then put it in a challenge with absolutely no problems whatsoever.... Fingers crossed everything looks back to normal - yesterday couldn't even open my home page !!!! xxxxxx

We have been watching the site for about 20 hours, major functions are working smoothly. As we have not heard from our ISP, we are not sure what have fixed the issue. We will continue watching the site till we can make sure it goes smoothly.

Yes things are definitely improving - thank you to all concerned.

To Support. After 2 days of a much faster site today not so good. Took me ages to get into my home page - yes I got the error message - I've saved it as a screenshot but I can't find a way of sending it to you. When contacting Support there is no way to add an attachment - can anyone help with this. Between pages was also slow again. Joce

things have slowed down a little today but still getting the XML data message, mostly when clicking on message center. Click it off and the next page comes up straight away ??????? It also happens when commenting on pages

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We noticed the performance change on the site and have collected data and passed to our ISP (Internet Service Provider). We are still waiting for their response.

Well SBF doesn't know what to do today!!! run normal speed or go slow------getting a bit of all sorts including the dreaded error message and XLM data message !!!!¬¬¬ I copied the big yellow error message but won't let me paste it here ?????

Can't get on home page again, but no problem getting on forums! Given up trying to comment.
