And I am a mess because, as of this writing, Friday is going to be the day for me to help my Golden girl (Leia) who has been with me since losing my husband and has gone through everything with me. Her tumor could burst at any time whereby she could bleed out while, at the same time, she is peaceful and looks like her normal self. She is just getting too weak & eats very little but does eat because my veterinarian or on an appetite stimulant.

I would love to have the weekend with her but if something were to happen to her overnight putting her in a great amount of pain with blood everywhere and my caregiver & not finding her until morning... would be an atrocity and not fair to her. I have to be a sacrificial parent and do the right thing but it's killing me very badly. Not to mention not knowing what to do about my situation.
