Terrifically creative and colorful face/image that goes wonderfully with a black background for this challenge! Your effects are most admirable as well as the theme of the page. I remember watching Star Trek: The Next Generation not long after my husband and I were married as he really liked that show. The Borg rings a bell from that show.
