Mix lamb and ostrich if you'd like. Are you kidding me? lol Never! Otherwise if we can use cow red meat with this recipe then okay. Us in Vancouver we love our red 'cow meat' steaks! Hmm not too sure about this recipe. Otherwise I will take the bread, garlic & tomatoes. Cheers.
