For Ferro's Red, Green and Gold Christmas Background challenge. Thank you all so much for your comments and support! I started a blank page filled it with dark red, overlaid it with a bokeh texture from Shadowhouse Creations. Then used brushes for the evergreens, stars and ornaments. I used effects to change the appearance of the brushes. I also used a bokeh brush as well. I used some elements too.
