I didn't realize that to vote for an challenge that you have to enter the challenge first to do so; for anyone to vote for any of the other challenges--first you have to Enter the challenge & then press Vote For the Scrapbooks in this Challenge.
I think a lot of people aren't voting for the challenges because page points & challenge points are not the same thing, I've found out. And a lot of the new people don't know about this and how to vote properly for the challenge.
