Although traditional, these headgear and coat are still used by the Ivatans (Batanes folk) as protection against the strong winds. In Batanes, only people from Batanes (Ivatans) are allowed to own property. It is so beautiful, no fastfood chain like McDonald, internet is intermitent, and they have many dead spots for cell phones.
