Wonderful! Yes, journaling does help. I should do more and have started a bit too. I keep asking my MOm questions when we are on the phone or in person, and I try to write those bits down too. She is 89. So write--Your life is worth knowing about.

I have been fortunate for my husband to us left me numerous journal entries and when people don't feel about writing about themselves... it's a happy progeny to leave it to... go for it! You have seen a lot in those 80 years and are still going strong. I love our friendship and I love this page with your wonderful journaling!
