Waiheke Island is just off the coast from Auckland, New Zealand's largest city (see map) It is an idyllic place and well known for it's wineries. This weekend our granddaughter, Kim, is getting married at one of these wineries - Cable Bay. I will therefore be away for the next few days back sometime on Monday. Looking forward to a lovely break and a lovely wedding. I have made the wedding cake so had some input. Thanks for visiting and for looking at this little bit of our lovely country.
